What is BBO?
BBO is a sponsored 'real model' program for cosmetic surgery and skin treatments in Korea.
We connect partner plastic surgery and dermatology clinics in Korea with influencers in Korea and abroad. Selected creators receive treatment costs within the sponsorship scope, and in return document their consultation, procedure and recovery on social media.
You can apply whether you create on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, a blog or any other platform, and you do not need to live in Korea.
Whether and how a procedure is performed is always decided after a consultation with a partner clinic's specialist. A procedure may not go ahead if it is not medically suitable.

Is there a way to get cosmetic surgery for free?
The most common way is to be selected as a sponsored 'real model' (also called a model or monitor program) by a clinic or a sponsorship platform. Real models receive treatment costs in exchange for documenting their consultation, procedure and recovery. Applying to BBO lets you apply to campaigns from several partner clinics at once. Not every applicant is selected, and the final decision is always made after a specialist consultation.
Who can apply?
Any adult aged 19 or over who runs a social media account can apply, regardless of nationality or country of residence. Minors cannot apply.
Can I apply with a small number of followers?
Yes. Alongside follower count we look at content quality, how consistently you post, and how well your chosen area fits current campaigns.
I live outside Korea. Can I apply, and are flights and hotels covered?
Yes, overseas creators are welcome and the application is available in 12 languages. Whether flights and accommodation are supported depends on the campaign and is confirmed individually on selection.
Which treatments can be sponsored?
Surgery such as eyes, nose, facial contouring, breast and liposuction, as well as lifting, Botox and fillers, and skin laser treatments. Open categories depend on the campaign period and partner clinics.
What is the selection process?
Online application → application review → specialist consultation at a partner clinic → final selection and scheduling → treatment and content creation. We contact shortlisted applicants individually after the review.
What do I have to do if I am sponsored?
You create content about your consultation, procedure and recovery, post it on your own channels, and clearly disclose the sponsorship. The number and format of posts vary by campaign and are confirmed on selection.
Is it completely free?
Treatment costs included in the sponsorship scope are covered. Additional procedures outside the scope and personal expenses may be your responsibility. The exact scope is confirmed in writing when you are selected.
How are my photos and personal data handled?
Your application and photos are only seen by BBO staff and relevant partner clinic staff for selection purposes and are never made public. See our privacy policy for details.
